Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of various features
- Work closely with sales and customer success to understand customers' needs and to ensure successful product implementation
- Become an expert in how the product functions
- Educate customers about product features and new functionalities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other analytical fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams
Preferred:
- Experience in implementation, Customer Success, or Sales functions in SaaS
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated total earnings: $70,000-$75,000
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
