Job Description:
Intaker is looking for a highly organized, creative, and relationship-driven Events Manager to own our event strategy and elevate our brand presence across in-person and virtual experiences. You’ll design, execute, and optimize events that increase pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and showcase Intaker’s category-defining legal tech platform.

What You’ll Own:
Quarterly Product Lab Day - Intaker's Flagship Launch Event
Own and produce Intaker’s quarterly 2-hour, Apple-style virtual showcase. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Product to understand upcoming launches and shape the event narrative.
- Collaborate with Marketing on scripts, assets, run-of-show, and storytelling.
- Coach presenters, manage rehearsals, and direct the full flow for a polished, cohesive broadcast.
- Lead promotion campaigns with Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Continuously improve the show with post-event analysis.
This isn’t event coordination—it’s producing Intaker’s most important product moment of the quarter.
Trade Shows, Conferences, and Field Events
Lead Intaker’s U.S. and Canada event footprint from strategy to execution.
Strategy
- Build the annual event plan aligned with revenue and customer goals.
- Evaluate sponsorships, negotiate contracts, secure prime booth placements.
- Define KPIs, ROI, and success criteria.
Execution
- Oversee booth design, swag, collateral, vendors, logistics, and onsite operations.
- Manage travel, staffing, prep, demos, and engagement tactics for Sales and Leadership.
Pipeline
- Own the trade show funnel: traffic drivers, hooks, demos, lead capture, routing, and follow-up.
- Track lead volume, CPL, pipeline contribution, and produce post-event recaps.
Local and In-Office Events
Plan and execute smaller high-impact events such as:
- Attorney meetups
- SDR/customer gatherings
- Partner events
- Community events at the Intaker office
Handle budgets, coordination, setup, and ensure each event drives meaningful engagement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and own Intaker’s full annual event strategy (virtual in-person)
- Manage event calendars, vendor relationships, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional workflows
- Work with Product Marketing and Design to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Partner with Sales on scripts, demos, engagement tactics, and post-event follow-up
- Oversee webinar production, scheduling, hosting, and asset creation
- Collaborate with RevOps on attribution, lead capture, CRM routing, and reporting
- Maintain flawless project management across multiple overlapping events
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, field marketing, demand generation, or experiential marketing—ideally within SaaS or B2B tech
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Proven success owning conferences, trade shows, virtual events, and product showcases
- Strong understanding of event ROI, lead capture, CRM workflows, and attribution
- Experience negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and coordinating budgets
- Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Compelling written and verbal communication; confident in external-facing roles
- Creative eye for design, branding, and event experience
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup with multiple deadlines
- Strong on-camera communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom Webinar, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar
- Ability to travel 20–35% across the U.S. and Canada
