Role Summary
The client is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to manage key corporate financial reporting, consolidation support, cash flow forecasting, and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) activities across the company and its U.S. subsidiaries. Serving as a crucial finance partner, this role owns subsidiary financial/footnote reporting packages, working independently while collaborating closely with subsidiary accounting teams, headquarters in Korea, external auditors, and senior leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and automated financial governance.

- Rolling Cash Flow amp; Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain rolling 12-month cash flow forecasts across holding companies and subsidiaries; analyze actual-vs-forecast variances (dividends, intercompany funding, debt service) and present liquidity summaries to executive leadership.
- ICFR amp; Control Implementation: Support the annual ICFR
- operating plan, evaluate control design/operating effectiveness, update RCMs, flowcharts, and policies, track deficiency remediation, and align audit activities.
- Process Improvement amp; ERP Automation: Drive standardization and process automation across multi-ERP systems; bridge communications between U.S. subsidiaries, IT teams, external advisors, and Korea HQ.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required. CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: 7 years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, audit, or corporate finance experience (including project leadership or supervisory review experience).
- Industry Background: Prior experience in a multi-entity manufacturing, distribution, or complex corporate operating environment preferred.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both spoken and written Korean and English is strictly required for daily cross-border communication.
- Technical amp; Standards Skills: Advanced MS Excel capabilities (data modeling, reporting automation); working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, ICFR/SOX controls, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
