Job description – Senior Employee Benefits Producer
The Senior Benefits Insurance Producer provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.

Licensing is required.
NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role involves the SALE of employee benefits to organizations.

Founded in 2002 in Rancho Cordova, CA, Inszone Insurance Services is a customer-centric, full-service insurance agency established to deliver personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions. Under its current ownership, in 2013 the company embarked on a rigorous expansion strategy. Inszone entered the Nevada market in 2018 and Arizona in 2019. A 2020 partnership with BHMS Investments and a 2023 partnership with Lightyear Capital enabled expansions into additional states across the country, 18 in all at the close of 2024. Concurrently, Inszone experienced significant internal growth, starting with a team of just 25 employees and now proudly boasting more than 1,000 team members. This expansion was coupled with the company’s recognition in Insurance Journal’s Top 100 Property/Casualty Agencies list at #29.

Job description – Senior Employee Benefits Producer

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
- Licensed – Active Insurance License required.
- Insurance Experience – Prior insurance experience required in the appropriate area of insurance.
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
- Professionalism – A senior team member is expected to set the standard for success and professionalism.
