We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Contracting Specialist to join our growing Carrier Department and help guide newly acquired agencies through a successful transition into our organization.

You’ll serve as a key liaison between agency sellers, branch leadership, insurance carriers, and internal departments — coordinating timelines, supporting critical milestones, and keeping integrations on track from onboarding through full go-live. What You’ll Do

  • Support integration projects — coordinate timelines, track milestones, and keep projects moving forward
  • Serve as a designated point of contact for sellers and branch leadership throughout the transfer process
  • Complete carrier appointment requests, track status, and communicate updates to all stakeholders
  • Review contracts and gather documentation to maintain Inszone standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned tasks are completed on schedule; potential delays are communicated to leadership promptly
  • Sellers and branch leaders receive timely, professional communication and support
  • Carrier transfer issues are identified and escalated efficiently for resolution
  • New appointments and documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Follow-ups and action items are proactively organized and communicated

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed with strong follow-through; keeps leadership informed of progress
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Preferred

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Experience coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, or supporting project workflows
  • Experience working with carriers, agency operations, or insurance systems
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
