- Complete carrier appointment requests, track status, and communicate updates to all stakeholders
- Review contracts and gather documentation to maintain Inszone standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Assigned tasks are completed on schedule; potential delays are communicated to leadership promptly
- Sellers and branch leaders receive timely, professional communication and support
- Carrier transfer issues are identified and escalated efficiently for resolution
- New appointments and documentation are completed accurately and on time
- Follow-ups and action items are proactively organized and communicated
Required
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed with strong follow-through; keeps leadership informed of progress
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, or supporting project workflows
- Experience working with carriers, agency operations, or insurance systems
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
