Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset

Qualifications:

• Licensing - Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

This is a full-time, onsite role.  Experience and proper licensing are required. 

Hybrid remote roles may be available for well-qualified candidates.

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.
