Transportation Logistics Lead Night Shift

Pay: $31.20/hr - Paid Weekly
Hours: 3pm to 1130pm
Tuesday through Saturday nights
Dress Code: Business casual attire
will be driving - DMV check required. Lots of OT can work up to 7 days per week


Job Duties

• Monitors service levels to ensure external carriers meet service requirements
• Works with service providers to resolve service inconsistencies
• Dispatches information to service providers to schedule freight movement
• Resolve vendor performance issues immediately to ensure carriers are paid on time
• Analyzing local reports of inventory levels
• Travel to local client sites to audit inventory levels and quality compliance
• Create exceptions reports
• Contact and follow-up with vendors regarding exceptions from those reports
• Participate in daily conference calls with vendors and clients
