Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and vital signs to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that encompass preventive strategies, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.
- Manage urgent care cases efficiently within the outpatient setting while ensuring appropriate follow-up and referrals
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid AZ medical license with clean background and history
- Post-residency experience demonstrating proficiency in primary care settings with inpatient or outpatient experience.
- Excellent communication skills
