InSync Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person, school-based assignment in the Kent County area of Maryland for the 2026/2027 school year. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Position Details
- Full 2026/2027 school year assignment
- Approximate start date: August 2026
- 37.5 billable hours per week for full-time candidates
- In-person services
- Caseload approximately 30 students
- Student population: Birth through Age 21
- Potential for coverage across multiple nearby school sites (no same-day travel between locations)
- Location preferences may be accommodated when possible
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student progress monitoring
Requirements
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but qualified candidates with appropriate licensure are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
