Description:

InSync is supporting a client in San Jose, CA as well as a client in San Leandro for a Patient Monitor/Sitter Position that is going to need 5-10 support personnel to assist in operations of the Emergency Department. There is an opportunity to float to different locations if interested.

This position pays $23hr. Offering 16-40 hours per week with 3 different shifts.

SWING: 4:00PM-12:30AM

NOC shift: 12:00AM-8:30AM - High need

There may be the occasional opportunity for overtime as needed. We are looking for an urgent start, within the next few weeks.

This is NOT a clinical position but will be supporting the clinical roles in the Emergency Department.

Job duties: Monitoring psychiatric patients in the ED. Ensuring their safety while maintaining direct 1:1 supervision. Each onboarded employee will go through an 8-hour paid training session to ensure they are confident in handling any and all situations that arise in the patient monitor setting.

What You Bring/Job Requirements:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Six months of previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Nursing Student Preferred
