Our AI platform answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, follows up with prospects, and helps agencies grow without adding headcount. We’re on a mission to help insurance agencies never miss another opportunity.
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our founding sales team and own the sales process from discovery to close.
What You’ll Do
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations with insurance agency owners and operators.
- Understand agency workflows, challenges, and growth objectives.
- Show prospects how Insurvoice can increase revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce administrative workload.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to signed agreement.
- Maintain and update opportunities within the CRM.
- Execute follow-up activities through phone, email, and SMS.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to improve sales messaging and strategy.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
- Share customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
- Help build repeatable sales processes and playbooks as the company scales.
Requirements
- 3 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience running product demos and closing deals.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills.
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2 years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software to insurance agencies.
- Familiarity with AgencyZoom, HawkSoft, Applied Epic, EZLynx, Momentum AMS, AgencyBloc, or similar platforms.
- Experience selling AI, automation, CRM, VoIP, or contact-center software.
- Existing relationships within the insurance industry.
