What You’ll Do

• Identify & pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community engagement, and lead generation.
• Educate prospective clients about insurance solutions that fit their personal or commercial needs.
• Build and nurture meaningful client relationships that lead to trust, retention, and long-term success.
• Customize insurance plans for individuals and businesses to ensure comprehensive and competitive coverage.
• Hit and exceed sales goals to maximize your earning potential through commissions, renewals, and bonuses.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory guidelines to deliver best‑in‑class service.

What You Bring

• Previous sales experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A self-motivated, competitive, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and take ownership of your success.
• A valid insurance license — or willingness to obtain one (we’ll guide you through it!).
• Comfort using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
