Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Farmington, CT. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer insurance needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and closing sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, providing product recommendations, and staying informed about industry trends. In addition, Sales Consultants will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including negotiation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills both verbal and written
- Understanding of Insurance Products and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Prior sales experience, especially in the insurance field, is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- State Insurance Sales License (or willingness to obtain one)
