Pay Range:
$52,000 - $62,400 / year based on experience (this will be an hourly role) commission
Location:
This is a full-time role in the office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MST. The address is 4348 Woodlands Blvd, Suite 229 Castle Rock, CO 80104. This is NOT a remote or hybrid role.
What You Will Do:
The Commercial Lines Service Consultant will focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and handling policy issuance. This individual will be responsible for all house business, servicing existing policies, managing all renewals (including in partnership with producers), and supporting the overflow of new business. This role emphasizes both service and sales, encouraging the identification and pursuit of cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs.
Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license in Colorado to qualify for this position.

Service and retain an assigned book of business with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction

Manage all house accounts and process renewals independently or alongside producers

Support overflow of new business through quoting, onboarding, and client communication

Conduct coverage reviews and consultative conversations to ensure adequate protection

Identify and act on opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell, and client referrals

Resolve client inquiries related to billing, endorsements, documentation, and general policy service

Complete all required applications and carrier documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Meet assigned service and sales performance targets

Key Attributes:
- Active Property & Casualty license in Colorado
- Resides in Douglas County or the surrounding areas
- High school or equivalent
- Effective and precise telephone etiquette
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year(s) of relevant sales experience
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
Salary : $52,000 - $62,400
