DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase Sales on both Retail and Online platforms
- Set production goals for yourself and producers, coach and motivate them to reach those goals
- Manage office operations
- Have a strong knowledge of SEO and Online Marketing to draw business to the Agency
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Proven track record of exemplary Personal Lines P&C Sales
- Work with SEO and online advertising partners to develop strategic plan on increasing production
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Ability to juggle many activities and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to Network and Build Relationships
