We are actively hiring a Senior GL/BI Adjuster to join our team!Seeking an experienced Senior GL/BI Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Commercial General Liability and Bodily Injury claims. This role requires strong analytical decision-making, litigation exposure assessment, and the ability to bring claims to resolution while delivering exceptional client and claimant service.Key Responsibilities- Analyze claim exposure and litigation risk; determine and execute appropriate resolution strategy- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex GL/BI claims- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and file management- Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, counsel, and other stakeholders- Handle claims in accordance with client guidelines, corporate policies, and statutory/regulatory requirements- Provide empathetic, high-level customer service throughout the claims lifecycle- Partner with clients to enhance claims outcomes and management processesQualifications- Minimum 5 years of Commercial General Liability and BI claims experience- Active adjuster licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI (and reciprocals as applicable)- Strong understanding of industry standards, litigation management, and regulatory compliance- Proficiency with claims management systems and business software- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferredLocation: RemoteSalary: $80,000
