We are actively hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Generalist to join our team! Experienced commercial lines account manager responsible for delivering high-level client service across a diverse, generalist book of business. Develops tailored insurance strategies, manages complex accounts, and drives strong client retention through proactive, consultative service.Key Responsibilities- Manage new and renewal commercial lines accounts, maintaining consistent communication with clients and carriers.- Apply advanced insurance knowledge to evaluate coverage terms and address a wide range of client risk exposures.- Partner with brokers to deliver strategic service aligned with commercial lines standards and workflows.- Oversee full account lifecycle processing, including quotes, endorsements, binding, certificates, invoicing, audits, and policy delivery.- Maintain accurate and timely client and policy data in the agency management system to minimize errors and omissions risk.- Resolve billing, accounting, and cancellation issues and escalate client concerns as appropriate.- Participate in practice groups, training, and continuing education to maintain licensing and expand technical expertise.- Pursue professional designations such as CISR or equivalent and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.Location: Hybrid in multiple locations in CASalary: $47,000
