Role Description
The Restoration Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for mitigation and reconstruction projects from initial intake through completion.
Working closely with Project Managers and field teams, this position coordinates daily crew schedules, appointments, inspections, material deliveries, subcontractors, and project milestones. The coordinator maintains accurate job documentation, supports purchase orders and payment processes, and communicates project updates to clients, vendors, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced emergency restoration environment.
Qualifications
• Strong project coordination, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Experience maintaining job files, reports, work orders, and project documentation
• Experience using job management software; PSA experience strongly preferred
• Power BI reporting and dashboard experience required
• Basic understanding of mathematical and accounting concepts
• Restoration, construction, insurance, or operations experience preferred
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
