Business Development Manager
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA
- Compensation: Base salary plus commission, commission paid quarterly
- Reports to: Regional Vice President
About Insurcomm- We are a full-service restoration company with national reach and headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. We help residential and commercial clients recover from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses with 24/7 response and high quality rebuilds. We are growing our team in the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Pittsburgh areas, and we would love to meet you.
The Role- This is a hunter-led field sales role. You will create new opportunities, grow new accounts from scratch, and deepen relationships with existing customers across your territory. You will partner closely with operations to deliver a great client experience from first contact through project completion.
Outcomes You Will Own
- Build and execute a plan that targets high potential accounts in your territory
- Source new opportunities through outreach, events, and local networking
- Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, convert activity into revenue
- Run discovery to understand customer needs, timelines, and decision processes
- Position the right Insurcomm solutions and secure work authorizations
- Support client communications when needed
- Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements
What You Bring
- 3 plus years in field sales or account management with a strong hunting focus
- Experience in restoration, construction, facilities, or the insurance ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Valid driver’s license, comfort with local travel across the territory
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM

- Sales volume generated
- Growth in new accounts and active referral sources
- Client satisfaction and referral quality
