We are seeking a motivated and client focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions across various products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- 1 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or insurance preferred
- Current PA or MD Life and Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
- Open to commuting to Chambersburg, PA at least 3 days a week
- Comfortable handling phone-based leads and speaking with clients over the phone
