Role Description:
This is a commission-based, fully remote, Home and Auto Insurance Sales role based in Tulsa, OK. The team member will educate prospective and existing clients on home and auto insurance options, gather detailed information on coverage needs, and present tailored policy recommendations. Daily responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound follow-up calls, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the application and binding process. The role involves collaborating with internal brokerage staff to compare carriers, ensure accurate policy documentation, and follow up on renewals and cross-sell opportunities. The individual will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and regulatory standards while delivering responsive, professional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid P&C license is required
- Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options and policy terms clearly.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple carriers to compare and recommend products.
- Ability to utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining excellent customer service for current policyholders.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
- Familiarity with personal lines such as home, auto, and an understanding of commercial lines Insurance is highly beneficial.
- Current or eligible state insurance producer license in OK, AR, and/or TX (Property & Casualty)
- Comfort using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and basic office software to manage leads and client records.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage a pipeline, and follow a structured sales process.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliant, ethical sales practices.
