Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Take and post payments to the insurance company.
- Help customers navigate our online resources and tools.
- Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Help with marketing products.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
