Surety Bond Account Manager
San Mateo, CA | $100–110K | Full-Time | Hybrid is preferred
An independent insurance brokerage in San Mateo is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Surety Bond Account Manager to support a strong book of construction clients.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage all aspects of surety bond servicing for commercial construction accounts
· Review and analyze contractor financial statements and bonding capacity
· Prepare submissions and coordinate with surety markets
· Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
· Use Applied Epic to manage documentation, workflow, and renewals
What You Bring:
· 3 years of experience in surety bond account management (construction focus strongly preferred)
· Solid understanding of contractor financials and surety underwriting
· Proficiency in Applied Epic
· Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills
· Active P&C license preferred
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 DOE, plus benefits.
