Essential Skills for The Role:
- You have at least 8 years of workers’ Compensation commercial insurance - placement, underwriting, or retail brokerage experience
- Insurance brokerage, retail, and/or wholesaler experience
- Heavy market knowledge of Workers' Compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems
Key Functions:
- We need you to take charge of our operations, building the placement platform that converts every opportunity.
- You will be the ultimate team consultant and strong relationship builder for Workers’ Compensation.
- You will create a Workers’ Compensation strategy, optimizing market access, resolving complex risks, and preparing training materials for the team.
- You will work closely with internal production and service teams
- You’ll be the strategic leader, diving into everything from shaping winning comp strategies and securing exclusive market access to cultivating game-changing carrier partnerships.
