Location: Sacramento, CA (Full-time)
Schedule: Hybrid schedule
Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 annual salary

What You Bring & Preferred Strengths:
- Experience: At least 5 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience
- License: Active Life & Health license
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance markets, products, rating systems, and underwriting processes.
- Software: Microsoft Office, carrier websites
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Ensure to build a trusting relationship with clients and service providers
- Renewals: Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
- Enrollment: Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
- Proposals and Presentations: Assist with the preparation of materials for benefit presentations
