Key Preferred Skills:
- Insurance Knowledge - Experience with personal lines insurance
- Administrative Experience - 1 years of professional experience in office administration or clerical support
- License - A Property & Casualty license is highly valued
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Insurance agency management systems
The Position:
- Assist in managing Personal Lines client accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation for all client interactions and urgent updates.
- Grow and maintain a diverse portfolio of Personal Lines business.
- Work strategically with leadership to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage client claims and billing issues effectively.
- Offer expert consultation on varied insurance requirements.
