What we need from you:
- Experience - You have Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- License - Active Property & Casualty License
- Knowledgeable - A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
- Software - A comprehensive understanding of insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position.
The Position:
- Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
- Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
- Support the renewal of coverage, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
- Facilitate policy binding and review.
- Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
