What we need from you:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years managing a book of commercial accounts
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with industry agency management systems (e.g., AppliedEpic, AMS360).
- Coverage Knowledge: Strong, comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and agency best practices.
- Account Management: Proven experience in crop insurance, including a strong foundation in agricultural knowledge and asset protection.
The Responsibilities:
- Proactively service a book composed primarily of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Manage the renewal process for crop insurance policies, including marketing, binding, and ongoing client service.
- Cultivate strong, trusting client partnerships through highly professional and attentive service.
- Efficiently execute essential policy functions, including the processing of certificates, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
- Timely and accurately handle all requests for information and necessary documentation.
- Prepare thorough applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
- Coordinate directly with carriers and markets to obtain timely and accurate quotations.
