The Position:
Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carriers
Conduct initial policy reviews and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns
Manage client inquiries (written, phone, and in-person) regarding coverage, policy changes, and billing matters promptly and professionally
Provide expert consultation to clients, recommending optimal coverage solutions tailored to their needs
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, delivering exceptional customer service
What we need from you:
4 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at a retail brokerage
Active Property & Casualty License
Hawksoft experience preferred
MS Office
