We’re looking for a Personal Lines Branch Leader to take ownership of a local office and play a key role in driving growth and client retention.
This is a high-impact, leadership-level role—ideal for someone who can produce new business, lead from the front, or effectively manage and grow an existing house book.
🔹 What You’ll Do
✔ Lead daily operations of the personal lines office
✔ Drive growth through new business production and/or management of the existing book
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Oversee service standards and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
✔ Mentor and support team members as needed
✔ Partner with carriers and leadership to execute growth strategies
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ Personal Lines insurance experience required
✔ Active Property & Casualty license
✔ Proven ability to produce business or manage and retain a book of clients
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a branch
