Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, assessing their insurance requirements, providing tailored coverage recommendations, and managing documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with insurance carriers, onboarding new clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and build relationships
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document management and record-keeping
- Familiarity with insurance policy offerings and the ability to recommend appropriate coverage
- Sales or client management experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client concerns and provide innovative solutions
- Basic technological skills for managing client data and communications through management software
- P&C Insurance license
- 5-years of experience in a similar role is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
