We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Processing Support to join our National Operations Department in Longwood, FL!
Commercial Lines Processing Support essential functions include:
- Support to Agents and Account Teams at all IOA locations, providing quotes and binding orders and endorsements through multiple carriers
- Develops strong working relationships and maintains extensive communication with underwriters from multiple carriers
- Effectively markets with multiple carriers based on appetite
- Stays abreast of any changes in carrier coverage options, billing, product availability, and system enhancements
- Assists internal business partners on coverages, procedures, and required documentation needed to place business appropriately
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of proposals utilizing our Agency Management system in addition to the use of Adobe
Qualified candidates will have:
- 2+ years of commercial lines rating experience
- An active 4-40 license (or equivalent)
- Prior AMS/Applied EPIC experience desired
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, decision-making skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
- PC proficiency, including MS Office
- Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
