About the Role
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brand’s visual communication across digital and print channels. This role requires hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a strong eye for clean layout, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual assets that drive performance and brand awareness. This is an in-office position. No remote or work from home is allowed under any circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
- Design digital and print assets for:
- Social media campaigns
- Paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Email banners and landing page elements
- Flyers, in-office signage, wraps, and more
- Maintain consistency with brand identity across all platforms
- Support marketing campaigns with creative visuals and layouts
- Organize and export final design files for team and vendor use
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaign needs
- Stay current with design trends and implement creative improvements
- Design high-fidelity website mockups for desktop and mobile, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Apply Visual Hierarchy principles to guide user attention to key calls-to-action (CTAs) like "Get a Quote" or "Call Now."
- Collaborate with developers by providing clear, organized layout files (UI assets) that are ready for implementation.
- Design A/B test variations for landing pages (e.g., testing different button colors, layout placements, or hero images) to improve conversion rates.
- Create distinct mobile-first layouts, optimizing visual elements for smaller screens and touch interaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Strong design portfolio showcasing social and advertising creatives
- Organized, efficient, and responsive to feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices: Familiarity with spacing, typography, and readability standards for the web.
- Experience with Web Layout Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or distinct web layout capabilities within Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must show examples of website or landing page mockups (specifically looking for layout logic and mobile responsiveness).
- Knowledge of CRO Design: Understanding of how design choices (color contrast, directional cues, white space) influence user behavior and clicks.
Bonus (Not Required)
- Familiarity with Canva or other online tools for fast-turn graphics
- Understanding of paid media creative performance (Google/Facebook)
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
