Senior Medicare Sales Advisor - MUST hold an active 2-40/ 2-15 license
In-Office Only | South Florida | Full-Time
Are you a licensed insurance agent ready to earn more, grow faster, and actually enjoy where you work? We're a high-volume, established Medicare insurance agency in South Florida — and we need talented agents now. This is an in-office position — no remote or hybrid options.
With it being OEP, now is the best time to maximize your income, gain valuable hands-on experience, and truly learn the industry. We provide all the tools, training, and support you'll need to succeed. In addition to Medicare, we also offer Under-65 products — including ACA and Life Insurance — giving you even more opportunities to grow and earn year-round.

This drives quality inbound calls all day, every day, and gives you the security of an established organization with the energy and opportunity of a startup. Our call volume is actively exceeding our agent capacity, and our office maintains a 4–6 deal-per-agent average — outside of Open Enrollment. With the new products and platform we've launched, the sky is the limit.
Compensation & Earnings Base Commission Bonuses = Unlimited Income Potential
- Base: $700/week to start
- New Agents: $65,000–$90,000 first-year expected earnings
- Experienced Agents: $100,000
Hours & Culture
Schedule
- Regular Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
- OEP Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)

Who We're Looking For
- Active insurance license (required)
- Customer service experience
- Medicare/health insurance background (preferred, not required — we train)
- Coachable, motivated, and growth-minded
