Join a well-established, high-volume insurance agency that's experiencing rapid growth — including the launch of a new product line that is opening up exciting opportunities for career advancement within our team. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to serve as a trusted resource for our Medicare clients — helping them understand their benefits, navigate plan options, and resolve issues with confidence.


Experience in Medicare or health insurance is a plus but not a dealbreaker - MUST have some form of customer service experience. If you bring a coachable, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people, we will give you everything you need to succeed. We also understand that compensation matters — which is why we offer multiple structures tailored to what works best for you, details we look forward to discussing in person.


What You'll Do:

  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email regarding Medicare plans, benefits, billing, and claims
  • Assist clients with enrollment updates, plan changes, and coverage questions
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within our CRM system
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication in every interaction
  • Partner with agents to support client satisfaction and long-term retention


What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM platforms, and online portals
  • 4-40 license preferred, but not required — we will help the right candidate get there
