Licensed Health Insurance Open Enrollment ACA Agent

Earn weekly base pay for only 10-12 weeks of work and then receive residual monthly commission compensation for 12 months after you are finished working!

This opportunity involves driving from business to business in South Carolina and Georgia in a company provided luxury SUV to educate individuals about ACA healthcare plans and then enroll them in those plans. This is an exciting opportunity to help others in need of healthcare while also building significant residual income. We are one of the largest sellers of ACA healthcare plans in the Southeast and are continuing to grow our team.

Duties / Responsibilities:·

• Meet at the company office location in North Augusta, SC for morning meetings
• Drive from the office in a company provided luxury SUV, traveling in SC and GA to enroll individuals into ACA health insurance plans.
• No night or weekend work required.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in a professional environment or service industry.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, flexible and able to be coached.
• Self-starter, MOTIVATED, and DRIVEN TO SUCCEED with the ability to work independently.

Education / Licenses:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's license
• Licensed to sell health insurance (REQUIRED)

Preferred:

CMS / FFM Certified before last years' ACA Open Enrollment (before the 2025-2026 Open Enrollment).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel unassisted as needed, as well as operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for prolonged periods of time, as well as work on a computer or tablet.
• Ability to use standard office equipment (specifically an iPad and phone) and lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check

Training:

If hired, Insurance Masters will pay for your training.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
