Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer accounts using internal CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client needs and solutions.
- Assist in project management tasks related to customer on-boarding and ongoing support.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management principles and client management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
