This full-time, on-site role as an Account Coordinator is based in Amarillo, TX. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to provide timely support. Daily responsibilities include account management, resolving customer inquiries, analyzing account data, and delivering superior customer service. The role emphasizes collaboration and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and operational success.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to efficiently manage and interpret account data
• Proficiency in Account Management and Communication to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools; experience with benefit management systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a strong advantage
