Insurance Lounge is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in our Grants Pass, OR location. Previous customer service experience, comfort with technology, and a positive, motivated attitude are preferred to be considered for this position. A valid insurance license and prior licensed insurance experience are required.
Primary responsibilities of a Support Team Member, include but are not limited to:
- Attending to walk-in clients and answering phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Proactive outreach to current customers & potential new customers
- Ensure client records are maintained within the client management database
- Assisting with office duties including emailing, faxing, filing and light housekeeping
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience with customer service and insurance
- Experience using office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and complete service work in a timely manner
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients regarding scheduling appointments and general questions.
