- Manage and scale TikTok ad campaigns focused on lead generation
- Optimize daily toward CPL and downstream sales performance
- Monitor spend closely — no wasted budget, no “let it run and see”
- Identify winning angles and brief creative direction to our team
- Analyze performance data and make fast, decisive optimizations
- Speak with clients to explain strategy and performance
- 2 years running TikTok ads (not just organic or creative)
- Proven experience generating leads (not just engagement or traffic)
- Strong understanding of:
- CPL targets
- Conversion flow
- Funnel performance (not just top-of-funnel metrics)
- Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers, not opinions
- You understand how TikTok behaves differently from Meta (and adjust accordingly)
- You’re primarily a content creator or UGC strategist
- You’ve never been responsible for spend results
- You focus on views, CTR, or engagement without tying to revenue
- You’re a freelancer, agency, or juggling multiple clients (We’re building a focused internal team)
- We operate in a highly competitive industry (life insurance lead gen)
- Our ads are constantly tested, refined, and often copied — we stay ahead
- We care about results, not vanity metrics
