Insurance Specialist 4-40

📍 Location: 1423 SE 16th Pl, Suite 205, Cape Coral, FL 33990 (Second Floor)

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Paid lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)

💰 Pay: $15 – $20/hour (based on experience)

• Assist clients with questions and policy support
• Learn to quote personal auto insurance policies
• Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
• Work closely with a supportive team in a professional office environment

This is not a dead-end position.

• We will train the right person from zero
• You will be guided to obtain your Florida 4-40 CSR License
• Once licensed, pay increases will be reviewed

• Must be eligible to obtain a Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License (state requirements apply)
