Licensed Insurance CSR / Office Manager Syracuse, NY | Graham, Newton & McMahon
Are you an experienced insurance professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service?
Graham, Newton & McMahon, an established Syracuse insurance agency with over 100 years of history, is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Licensed Insurance CSR / Office Manager to join our team.
We're looking for someone who knows the New York insurance market, enjoys building customer relationships, and has the organizational skills and initiative to manage the daily operations of our office.
What We're Looking For:
- Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong familiarity with New York insurance carriers, underwriting guidelines, and markets
- Experience servicing personal lines policies, including home and auto
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy insurance environment
- Experience handling renewals, endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer concerns
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with agency management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow through on commitments, and work independently
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of customer needs and daily office operations
- AMS360 experience is a plus! Candidates familiar with AMS360 and experienced in managing customer accounts, processing policy changes, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate customer records are highly encouraged to apply
