Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies and company procedures.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance.
- Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required. Licensing assistance is available.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
