THE ROLE
Are you a people person who lights up a room? Do you thrive in a team environment and love solving problems? We're looking for an energetic, detailed and charismatic Commercial Customer Service Representative to join our Buffalo office full-time, Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do:
- Answer phones with personality and charm – you'll be our clients' first impression, and you'll nail it
- Direct incoming calls, handle renewal payments with accuracy and warmth
- Keep our agents running smoothly by helping with document preparation, email follow-ups, and administrative tasks
- Run renewal quotes for our growing client base
- Own your organization game: data entry, filing, and proofreading to keep our records sharp
- Master our tech stack: Microsoft Edge, Outlook, and our CRM systems
- Maintain a professional, can-do attitude even when things get hectic
