This position would include training in basic commercial servicing to help round out the capabilities of your support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and perform daily policy maintenance.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with billing, claims, and coverage questions.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve policy issues.
- Maintain accurate records in agency management systems.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in personal insurance.
