Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm role located in Omaha, NE, for a Wholesale Annuity/Life Insurance Director or Representative. This position will be responsible for recruiting licensed insurance agents to conduct business with IAMS and collaborate/advise agents on products/financial strategies. We're looking for motivated, professional self-starter to fill this role. You cannot be afraid of making the outbound calls or afraid of the word "no".
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
- Insurance and Finance knowledge
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- 3 years' solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
