Digital Marketing Specialist

Insurance Agency Marketing Services (IAMS), a 39-year industry leader in the insurance and financial services space, is seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Topeka team. IAMS partners with independent financial advisors and insurance professionals nationwide, providing marketing and business growth solutions focused on life insurance, annuities, and retirement planning.

This position is ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment. The Digital Marketing Strategist will develop and manage creative campaigns, write compelling copy, oversee social media initiatives, and execute paid advertising strategies designed to drive measurable business results.

This is a full-time, in office position; Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for internal and client initiatives
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Managing webinars with GoToWebinar (setup, email invites, coordination with hosts and co-hosts)
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
• Assist with internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, light graphic design and document development)
• Targeted email campaign management (Hubspot, Salesforce, Campaigner, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Developing strategic marketing plans for clients tied to creative service offerings
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of proven experience in copywriting, social media management, and digital advertising
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Digital Media/Marketing, Marketing Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, etc.)
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and content creation
• Demonstrated ability to drive engagement and deliver measurable results
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Special consideration for candidates with previous experience:

• Working in an agency environment or the financial services or insurance industry
• Using Adobe Creative Cloud suite or Canva
• Using WordPress or other CMS software and writing/blogging platforms
• Working in Hubspot, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, or similar email and marketing platforms
