The position IAMS is looking to fill is an Annuity Support Services position. This position is responsible for providing support to the Annuity New Business and Service team as well as our producers. The best candidate has attention to detail and the drive to complete the task.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Annuity New Business and Service teams as needed.
- Submit service forms, new business requirements and new applications to carriers as needed.
- Data entry in HQ/CRM system.
- Answering inbound inquiries from producers and carriers that we work to support.
- Outbound follow-up calls with carriers/agents/producers and transfer companies.
- Our agents/producers are nationwide, all communication, correspondence and client relationships are phone based and in office.
- Regular and punctual attendance is required in order to meet business service level standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This position is Monday-Friday, full-time in office hours. This is not a remote position.
Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Must be detail oriented with accuracy.
- Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a close-knit team and with little supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
- Punctuality & attendance is critical to this position as your department / team members and customers depend on you.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
