Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our insurance producers and carrier partners on business-related matters.
• Provide support to the New Business and Service teams as needed.
• Submit service forms, new business requirements and new applications to carriers as needed
• Answering inbound inquiries from producers and carriers that we work to support.
• Outbound follow-up calls with carriers/agents/producers and transfer companies
• Proactive, daily follow-up with carriers to ensure business is being processed timely, accurately noting CRM with current status and promptly communicate status details to the agent.
• Manage agent and carrier caseload with a sense of urgency, dedication to accuracy and responsiveness, while identifying high priority situations and acting on them accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong and effective long-term working relationships with IAMS producers.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
• Regular and punctual attendance is required in order to meet business service level standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This position is Monday-Friday, full-time in office hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

• Industry or related experience preferred
• Knowledge in CRM/Firelight/iPipeline/database management preferred.
• High school diploma/GED
• Data entry, HQ/CRM systems experience preferred
• Must have professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work with a close-knit team and with little supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must adhere to policies, processes and guidelines
• Ability to navigate through multiple computer platforms while engaging in customer conversations
• Ability to be adaptable/flexible as business needs change
• Punctuality & attendance is critical to this position as your department / team members and customers depend on you.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
