Responsibilities
- Manage underperformance cases, including coaching plans and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Support managers with disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings, final notices, and terminations.
- Ensure documentation and actions are aligned with company policies and local employment laws.
- Provide day-to-day ER support to managers and HRBPs within the assigned organizations.
- Identify trends and flag emerging issues for further review.
- Track outcomes and identify patterns or risks related to separations.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Support policy updates and contribute to ER process improvements.
- Assist in delivering training and coaching to managers on ER topics such as documentation, corrective action, and policy adherence.
- Manage ER cases in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all case handling.
- Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Provide support for overflow casework from other ER team members based on team capacity.
- Participate in team-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative ER environment.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree; Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR or ER experience, with a focus on performance and conduct management.
- Strong understanding of employment law and ER practices.
- Experience partnering with managers and HRBPs to resolve sensitive employee issues.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
